Jodi Wachman is originally from Manitowoc, WI, and settled in Chicago working as a Flight Attendant for American Airlines. She raised three children there, while establishing a successful business designing and manufacturing custom handbags as well as working as a Visual Manager in the retail industry. Jodi and her husband John now live in the Colony at Pelican Landing realizing their lifelong dream of living in Southwest Florida.

Having developed strong skills in assessing customers' personal needs and executing the plans required to meet these needs, Jodi carries these abilities toward solving the personal aspects of real estate transactions as well as the business aspect. John is from Chicago, with stops in Texas and graduating from Texas Christian University with a business degree. In addition, he lived in Detroit and Minneapolis during his 35-year career as an airline pilot with Northwest and Delta airlines. John and his wife, Jodi, also a John R Wood realtor, currently reside in The Colony at Pelican Landing, in Bonita Springs. They both enjoy many of the outdoor activities that Florida weather affords them, and John also enjoys touring on his Indian motorcycle.
